Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a holistic understanding of their situations.

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are aligned with the clients' goals and therapeutic needs, continually adjusting strategies based on ongoing assessments.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment strategies that address both immediate and long-term mental health issues.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and assist in safety planning as needed to ensure client well-being.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and progress notes to comply with ethical and legal standards while also ensuring continuity of care.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups that empower clients to understand and manage their mental health challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 per year, accompanied by a sign-on bonus.
