Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, challenges, and available resources. This foundational stage helps tailor individualized treatment approaches.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy, employing approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and implement comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans that drive effective recovery.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, fostering a supportive environment where clients can share their experiences and learn from one another.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, employing effective risk assessment techniques, and developing safety and crisis plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with all regulatory body requirements.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations, contributing insights and expertise to refine treatment strategies and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n
