Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and different resources available for support.

• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that incorporate specific therapeutic goals and measurable objectives, ensuring each plan is tailored to individual client needs.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to care.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary, ensuring that clients have the support needed during critical moments.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to ensure continuity of care and effective communication among team members.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to promote community and shared learning among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Strong knowledge of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches tailored to diverse psychological needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
