What You Will Do

• 
  

  Lead and Motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and dealership goals



• 
  

  Manage Inventory for new, used, or dual departments, including appraisal and acquisition



• 
  

  Desk Deals and structure transactions for maximum volume, gross profit, and finance approval



• 
  

  Manage Showroom Traffic and oversee digital lead follow-up systems



• 
  

  Train and Coach staff on vehicle demonstrations, closing techniques, and CRM utilization



• 
  

  Build Strong Relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business



• 
  

  Work Closely with executive management and F&I to optimize daily store operations

What You Bring

• 
  

  Proven Management Experience in New, Used, or Dual automotive sales roles



• 
  

  Strong Leadership Skills with the ability to recruit, train, and retain top talent



• 
  

  Expertise in Digital Tools , modern CRM platforms, inventory management systems, and desking software



• 
  

  Self-Motivated, Positive Attitude and a strong, team-focused work ethic



• 
  

  Professional Appearance and exceptional interpersonal communication skills



• 
  

  Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
