Associate Director, Omnichannel Partner Lead

AbbVie

Mettawa, IL

Associate Director role leading an Omnichannel Marketing Partners team supporting oncology franchises within US operations. Combines people management with strategic evolution of omnichannel engagement capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven HCP customer strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop team of Omnichannel Marketing Partners supporting two oncology brands
  • Formalize and disseminate best practices across omnichannel partners nationally and regionally
  • Lead strategic evolution of the Omnichannel Partner role and optimize use of people, process, and technology
  • Conduct analytical optimization sessions and translate brand strategic priorities into executable tactics
  • Partner cross-functionally with Digital, Brand, Sales, and Legal teams to ensure compliant operations and HCP engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years total professional experience
  • 3+ years sales experience or direct sales support
  • 3+ years hands-on digital marketing and analytics tools (CRM, CDP, web analytics)
  • 5+ years cross-functional and matrixed organizational leadership experience
  • 3+ years applied digital media campaign management experience
  • Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables and data visualization
