Senior Account Executive Location: New York, NY (On-site) Salary: $80,000-$100,000 Base + Uncapped Commission About the Opportunity A rapidly growing SaaS company is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Senior Account Executive to join its expanding sales team. What You’ll Do Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals. Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building. Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with clients by understanding their business objectives and delivering exceptional service. Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline while accurately forecasting opportunities. Track key performance metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue performance. Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Billing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings to identify new opportunities. Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries while providing an exceptional customer experience. Represent the organization with professionalism, integrity, and a consultative approach. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas. Experience managing complex sales cycles with executive‑level decision‑makers. Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities. Highly self‑motivated with strong business acumen and problem‑solving skills. Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment. Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.
