The Gig (aka What You'll Actually Be Doing)

• Culinary authority with full command of standards, execution, and consistency vision translated into repeatable excellence, every service
• Tone-setting leadership from the top, holding the bar high and refusing to let food, systems, or culture drift
• Total ownership of the culinary operation, aligning FOH and HOH leadership to deliver seamless, elevated guest experiences
• Disciplined command of service, menu rollouts, seasonal changes, and culinary initiatives executed with intention and control
• Strong operational instincts guiding food and labor costs, P&L awareness, systems development, and pristine kitchen organization and sanitation
• High-performance culture built through clear expectations, leadership development, culinary education, and composed execution of events with visible presence on nights, weekends, and moments that matter

Requirements

This is a fast-paced kitchen fueled by movement, heat, music, and momentum, where you're on your feet, working with knives, fire, and focus throughout each shift.

Yes this is a hands-on role. You'll be active for long shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, reaching, and moving easily through tight spaces. A disciplined commitment to sanitation, safety, and cleanliness is part of the craft here, and we're committed to providing reasonable accommodations to support individuals in performing the essential functions of the role.
