This position offers a remote work setting that allows you the flexibility to manage your schedule while still being a part of a cohesive and supportive team. You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., contributing to a work culture that values work-life balance without compromising on the quality of care provided to clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate clients to assess symptoms of mood disorders, identifying their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals, preferences, and needs.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices, offering comprehensive support throughout the therapeutic process.
\n
• Continuously monitor and track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the field of mood disorders and therapy to inform and enhance treatment methodologies.

• Maintain accurate and secure documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in regular team consultations, meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance your practice.

• Advocate for the needs of clients, working to reduce mental health stigma and promote effective treatment options.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be to support clients dealing with mood disorders, marriage and family issues, and individuals in need of divorce and relationship counseling. You will work with a diverse clientele who are navigating significant life transitions and emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
