Work Environment\n

This fully remote position allows you to deliver high-quality therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or any private space that ensures patient confidentiality. You will benefit from advanced telehealth tools and technologies, leading to a seamless communication experience with clients. Your schedule will be flexible, with sessions primarily from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM. Importantly, there is no on-call requirement, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, providing evidence-based care to adults facing mental health challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to design comprehensive treatment plans tailored to client needs, fostering a holistic approach to wellness.

• Utilize systematic, automatically administered self-assessments to measure clients' progress in symptom relief, functional improvement, and achievement of therapeutic goals.

• Engage in regular consultation with colleagues for multidisciplinary support, ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained throughout the treatment process.

• Document interactions and maintain accurate clinical records in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individual adults, providing therapeutic support that addresses a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. The therapeutic relationship you foster will be crucial in supporting each client's journey toward personal healing and self-discovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD is mandatory.

• Proficiency in telehealth delivery methods, demonstrating comfort and capability when working with technology, including EHR systems and virtual meeting software.

• Superior verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage clients and document clinical interactions.

• A commitment to maintaining a neat and professional appearance during virtual sessions.

• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy to establish rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
