Preferred: -Bachelor degree strongly preferred -Workday Job Description: The Physician Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment and placement of medical doctors and advanced practice providers for a large healthcare provider and research organization. They source candidates, build professional pipelines, coordinate interviews and site visits, and assist with contract and compensation negotiations. Responsibilities: Source Candidates: Find qualified Physicians and APP's using job boards, databases, residency programs, social media, and direct outreach. Screen & Assess: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidate alignment with clinical requirements. Manage Pipeline: Maintain active relationships with medical talent and track openings using applicant tracking systems. Coordinate Interviews: Organize site visits, interviews, and meet-and-greets with local department chairs and hospital leadership. Facilitate Negotiations: Provide compensation market data and guide offer discussions between the candidate and the facility.
