Your Role – What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct both routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests in various areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to pre-established protocols.
• Evaluate results meticulously for precision, address any discrepancies, and carry out preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Support the team by helping with specimen collection and preparing samples for further testing as required.
• Keep thorough documentation of all processes, assist in training new staff members or interns, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant work environment by following all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Keep your certification current throughout your tenure with us.
