Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on supporting stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking guidance and strategies to maintain their mental health. With a client-centered approach, you will develop therapeutic relationships that foster trust and enable clients to engage meaningfully in the counseling process. Our telehealth model allows you to reach clients in various geographic locations, empowering them to prioritize their mental health without the constraints of traditional barriers.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD, with independent practice capability without supervisory oversight.

• No history of disciplinary actions against your license, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical practices.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a capability to engage clients empathetically through virtual mediums.

• Proficiency in using technology and stable Wi-Fi connectivity to facilitate uninterrupted telehealth sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within telehealth frameworks or remote counseling settings is advantageous.

• Prior experience developing treatment plans and conducting assessments in mental health settings.
