Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, adapting your approach based on the diverse needs presented in these assessments.

• Collaborate with fellow team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans, documenting all communication regarding treatment interventions and sharing insights during regular meetings such as patient rounds.

• Manage a caseload of assigned patients, working hand-in-hand with various professionals, community resources, and programs to provide optimal care and follow-up.

• Ensure ethical and timely completion of all documentation, adhering to departmental standards and incorporating insights from treatment progress to refine ongoing plans.

• Implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques among other evidence-based modalities, helping patients achieve their individual goals as outlined in their service plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse patient population, addressing a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your ability to connect and empathize with clients is crucial to developing therapeutic relationships that foster healing and progress.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must hold an active license in mental health counseling as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW, as recognized by the state of Nevada.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with the expectation that candidates possess in-depth knowledge of clinical practice.

• Flexibility to commit to working between 10 to 40 hours per week, with an aspiration to contribute more if desired.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
