Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine individual clients’ mental health concerns, establish clinical diagnoses, and create personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family settings, adapting approaches to meet the distinct needs and goals of clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when required, utilizing effective communication and psychological first-aid techniques to ensure safety during acute mental health situations.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment records, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic and cohesive care for clients.

• Engage clients and their families in educational sessions to enhance understanding of mental health issues, treatment methodologies, and available community resources for additional support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients range from adolescents to older adults, and you will play a significant role in promoting their emotional well-being through tailored therapeutic approaches. Your ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients from different backgrounds will be essential in fostering trust and facilitating the healing process.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in New Jersey (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. We also offer a sign-on bonus to selected candidates as an incentive to join our compassionate team.
