We are looking for a strategic Key Account Manager to strengthen customer partnerships and drive profitable business growth in Monroe County, Wisconsin. This role serves as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts, aligning customer expectations with internal teams across sales, engineering, program management, and manufacturing. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship management skills, a solid understanding of the automotive sector, and the ability to identify and secure new opportunities while delivering a high level of service.

Responsibilities:

• Build long-term relationships with assigned customers while developing new accounts that support revenue growth.

• Create and execute account plans that uncover new business opportunities and expand market presence.

• Serve as the central point of contact for customer communications, ensuring information is shared clearly and promptly with internal stakeholders.

• Respond to customer questions and concerns with urgency, professionalism, and a strong service mindset.

• Track, update, and manage open commercial items to keep account activity organized and moving forward.

• Partner closely with program management, costing, design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to support customer needs and business objectives.

• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations to secure new work on favorable and profitable terms.

• Monitor customer expectations across their broader operational footprint and align solutions to evolving business needs.

• Proven ability to develop business, manage key accounts, and grow customer relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Working knowledge of the automotive industry and its customer expectations.
• Experience with decorative product categories or related commodity lines.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in cross-functional team environments.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence, guide, and motivate others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer locations as needed.
