Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We serve a diverse client population facing varied mental health challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our goal is to create a safe space for clients to express their feelings and work through their challenges collaboratively and empathetically.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license in mental health counseling (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R).

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate positive client interactions.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to manage caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in outpatient settings, particularly with teletherapy platforms.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.

• Experience with documentation and billing processes in mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, aligned with experience and caseload.
