Education

• Either a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in the allied health field, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within one year of joining.
• Maintain your certification throughout your tenure.
