Building: Ford Administrative Building (Advantage) Position: Middle/High School MTSS Teacher

Fiscal School Year: 2026-2027 Specifications 10‑months, Full‑time. Unaffiliated Salary Schedule. Reports to: Building Principal. Qualifications Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with appropriate endorsement(s). Demonstrates teaching and leadership skills, as well as strong written and oral communication skills. Must meet No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Standards. Demonstrates the ability to use technology to enhance teaching and learning: technology integration into the curriculum. Responsibilities Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities. Create a positive educational climate for students to learn in. Provide grades and administer assessments in a timely manner. Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities. Provide ongoing communication to parents on student progress and classroom activities. Manage student behavior in the classroom by invoking approved disciplinary procedures. Engage students in the learning process, differentiating as needed. Other duties as directed. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: In accordance with the HPEA Salary Schedule.
