Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Security Associate in Beverly Hills CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a dynamic media and technology location you will create a welcoming presence while supporting access control visitor management and security-related communications. You will assist guests and employees monitor entry activity respond to concerns and help to deter incidents through professionalism and attention to detail. What Youll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors employees and guests while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Serve as the primary front desk point of contact greeting visitors verifying appointments and managing visitor sign-in and access credentials in accordance with location procedures.
• Monitor entry points visitor activity and front desk communications reporting unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established escalation procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor package and incident documentation while supporting a professional reception environment at a fast-paced media and entertainment location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
