As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Queue Coordination in Los Angeles, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a government location, you will serve as a welcoming, highly visible presence while supporting access control, visitor management, and communication of site procedures. You will help address security-related concerns, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a professional environment through teamwork, integrity, and a caring, reliable approach.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors at a government office reception area while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor entry records in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor access to the facility reception area, direct guests to appropriate offices, and help to deter unauthorized entry through courteous access-control practices.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Maintain clear communication with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding visitor activity, incidents, and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
