Staff Accountant

Vaco Arizona is partnering with a top company in the Biltmore area to hire a Staff Accountant. This is a direct‑hire opportunity offering up to $72,000 annually. The position is fully onsite and is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of Staff Accountant experience who is looking to join a growing team. Responsibilities Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger Perform account and bank reconciliations Assist with month‑end and year‑end close Support financial reporting and analysis Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial records Requirements 3+ years of Staff Accountant experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Determining compensation for this role depends upon a wide array of factors including the individual's skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, office location, and other considerations. The base salary range for the role is up to $72,000 annually. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
