Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs, followed by the creation of personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field; however, a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• Demonstrable experience in mental health counseling with a strong understanding of evidence-based practice for various disorders.

• Excellent therapeutic skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and inspire clients throughout their recovery process.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills which enhance relation-building with other members of the clinical team.

Preferred Experience\n
