Accountant

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to join a dynamic team? We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to manage our full-cycle AP process and help maintain strong relationships with our valued vendors. n this position, you will be the backbone of our financial operations. You’ll be responsible for accurately processing a high volume of invoices, performing three-way matching, and ensuring all payments are executed via ACH, wire, or check on a strict schedule. Responsibilities

T arget Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in 

Primary Software: Mastery of QuickBooks (specifically the Desktop/Pro version) and Excel .

Reporting Structure: Reporting to the Office Manager ( Michele Brousseau ) or the President.

Job Costing & Coding: Assigning every invoice to a specific job number and cost code. For a steel erector like Saugus, this means differentiating between raw material, fuel for cranes, and union labor expenses.

Invoicing & Job Costing: Processing high volumes of vendor invoices for raw materials (steel, precast concrete), equipment rentals (cranes, lifts), and fuel. Every invoice must be coded to a specific project number and cost code.

Three-Way Matching: Verifying that the vendor's invoice matches the company's Purchase Order (PO) and the delivery ticket signed at the job site.
