Now Hiring: RecruiterLocation: Central San Diego, CA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Fully Onsite) Pay: $30.00–$40.00/hour (based on experience) Length: Contract through the end of the year with potential for extension or conversion Our client is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring efforts. This role will play a key part in building talent pipelines, identifying top candidates, and helping the organization scale during an exciting period of expansion.ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and recruit candidates for open requisitions (manager level)Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsUtilize recruiting platforms, LinkedIn, ATS systems, and sourcing tools to identify qualified talentConduct phone screens and candidate assessmentsMaintain candidate communications and provide a positive candidate experienceTrack recruiting metrics and hiring activityCollaborate with external staffing partners when neededRecommend process improvements and innovative recruiting strategiesQualifications2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experienceHospitality, retail, restaurant, or high-growth recruiting experience is preferredExperience sourcing and recruiting passive candidatesProficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools preferredExperience with AI recruiting tools, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technology is a plusStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentIdeal CandidateStrategic and proactive recruiterComfortable working in an evolving environmentEnjoys building processes and improving recruiting operationsCan connect recruiting efforts to business goals and growth initiativesIf you meet the requirements, please apply today!
