Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.

• Implement and manage effective behavioral strategies to support clients in crisis and during their recovery journey.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and other evidence-based methodologies.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and addiction counselors, to create a supportive network around each client.

• Educate and engage families in the treatment process, empowering them to support their loved ones' recovery and promote healthy family dynamics.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation of client interactions and progress in adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients who are undergoing detoxification and early recovery stages from substance use disorders. Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
