Job Summary:

The Marketing Events Manager will play a key role in elevating the Impiricus brand through the planning and execution of high-impact pharma and industry conferences, sponsorships, and client-facing experiences. This role will own end-to-end execution across key event programs, including thought leadership opportunities, roundtables, executive dinners, and other sponsorship activations designed to strengthen client relationships and create meaningful opportunities for the Sales team.

You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, leadership, and external partners to ensure every event is thoughtfully planned, executed seamlessly, and aligned with broader commercial priorities. From managing sponsorship deliverables and event logistics to coordinating speakers, meetings, travel, and onsite execution, you’ll help turn event strategy into experiences that drive visibility, engagement, and business impact.

Responsibilities:

Event Execution

• Oversee end-to-end planning of assigned pharma and industry conferences including managing timelines, operations/logistics, budgets, and booth/sponsorship deliverables.
• Own fulfillment of all sponsorship deliverables including registrations, tabletop booth displays, branding/creative assets, and other contracted benefits.
• Plan and execute roundtables and client dinners, including venue/vendor coordination, guest list development, attendee recruitment communications, and other event deliverables.
• Manage on-site presence, as needed - ensuring everything runs smoothly and reflects the Impiricus standard of excellence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sales and commercial leaders to coordinate priority attendees, client meetings, networking opportunities and event follow ups.
• Partner with marketing and design leaders to coordinate event content, marketing collateral and social media engagement.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison with conference organizers, vendors, and other external event stakeholders.

Performance Measurement

• Ensure event leads, meetings, attendance and engagement data are accurately captured and shared with sales and marketing for timely follow up.
• Maintain documentation, timelines, and processes for scalable event management practices.
• Communicate roadblocks and program updates in a timely and effective fashion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in event marketing, conference management, or corporate event management - ideally within pharma, healthcare, technology, or SaaS industries.
• Proven success managing multiple complex events, sponsorships, and event programs simultaneously.
• Strong project management skills and high attention to detail.
• Experience using project management, marketing and event tools (Asana, Cvent, Hubspot, etc.)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing vendors, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel for onsite event execution and support.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 .
