This is a consultative, technical sales role focused on custom-engineered solutions, working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and customer visitsGrow and manage existing customer relationshipsIdentify customer needs and develop custom-engineered solutionsPartner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain on new opportunitiesManage complex 9–18 month sales cycles and maintain an accurate pipelineLead opportunities through the sales and new product introduction processTravel domestically for customer meetings and business developmentQualifications5–7 years of sales, business development, or engineering experienceTechnical manufacturing or engineering background preferredExperience with metal stamping, metal forming, engineered components, or custom manufacturing strongly preferredStrong relationship-building, xhyhwjd communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience managing complex sales cycles and developing new businessCRM experience required; HubSpot a plusWillingness to travel approximately 15–25%Salary & Schedule$80,000–$85,000 base + uncapped commissionAnnual bonus opportunity up to 10%Hybrid — 2 days onsite, 3 days remoteSheboygan, WINationwide territory
