divh2Payroll Coordinator/h2pAs a Payroll Coordinator for our Long Beach Office you will be responsible for preparing and processing payroll for the employees of Cambrian Homecare, LLC. This position requires someone who is a team player, can multi-task with a Yes we can! attitude./ppAvailable: Tuesday-Saturday from 9am-6pm. This is not a remote position./ph2Responsibilities/h2ulliProcess EVV Visits ulliReview and reconcile EVV records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with state EVV requirements/liliProcess EVV for pay by the payroll deadline. Includes hours worked, overtime, sick time, incentives, etc./liliFollow agency guidelines to ensure payment according to authorized hours and/or supervisor/manager approval/li/ul/liliCustomer Service ulliResearch and resolve pay discrepancies accurately in a timely manner/liliProvide caregiver education regarding pay policies (e.g., pay schedule, overtime rules, holiday eligibility, reimbursements)/liliAssist with login issues, password resets, or navigating the app/liliOffer one-on-one or group training on how to use the mobile app correctly/liliNotify Human Resources regarding patterns of EVV non-compliance and any other HR related challenges/issues/liliQuickly and efficiently answer incoming calls providing high quality customer service/li/ul/liliPayroll Support ulliMaintain payroll records and audit trails related to EVV submissions and adjustments/liliCollaborate with the billing department to ensure alignment between EVV data and billed services/liliAssist with year-end payroll processing/liliParticipate in internal audits and respond to external audit requests as needed/liliAssist to ensure operational and payroll processing software reflect accurate data/liliParticipate in payroll related projects and initiatives as assigned/li/ul/li/ulh2Qualifications/h2ulliHighschool diploma or equivalent/liliStrong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills/liliEffective verbal and written communication/liliStrong typing skills/liliAbility to handle fast-paced, deadline driven environments/liliProficiency with Microsoft office a plus/liliPrevious experience in data entry positions a plus/liliFluency in both English and Spanish a plus/li/ulpstrongJob Requirements/strong/pulli18+ years old/liliUS work authorization/liliHigh school diploma or equivalent/liliAbility to pass a background check and reference check/liliValid Drivers License and reliable transportation/li/ulpWe are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws./ph2Posted Min Pay Rate/h2pUSD $22.50/Hr./ph2Posted Max Pay Rate/h2/div
