We are seeking a driven and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified healthcare professionals into travel, local contract, per diem, and permanent positions across the country. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of agency recruiting experience, thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, and has the ability to successfully recruit in a highly competitive talent market. Success in this role requires persistence, urgency, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for connecting clinicians with opportunities that support both their professional goals and the evolving needs of our healthcare partners. Key Responsibilities Source, recruit, and place healthcare professionals across a variety of clinical specialties, nationally. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and direct outreach. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through onboarding. Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly recruiting metrics, including submissions, placements, and revenue goals. Partner with account managers to understand client needs and quickly fill open positions. Stay informed on market trends, compensation, and competitor activity to effectively recruit in a competitive landscape. Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure compliance with credentialing, licensing, and employment requirements. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent agency recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare staffing. Proven success recruiting in a highly competitive market. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed recruiting and placement metrics. Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive outreach. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of healthcare licensing, credentialing, and compliance requirements. Experience working in a high-volume staffing environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
