Growing Up With Obici is hiring a Full-Time Office Manager. Monday - Friday with 6:30a-4:00p and 8:00a - 5:30p schedules. Overview The Office Manager is responsible for daily operations of the childcare center while maintaining an environment for high quality childcare, excellent customer service and high employee satisfaction. Ensures continuous improvement of operations at site while focusing on human resources management and financial accountability. Supervisory skills preferred. Ability to operate basic office equipment including copier, fax machine, computer and telephone. Ability to work well under pressure and work independently. Strong ability to prioritize work. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent GED (Required) Associates level degree in Early Childhood Education (Preferred) Certification/Licensure Valid Driver License with good driving record to drive 15 passenger van. Food Handlers Certificate - can obtain upon hire. Experience Three years of office administrative experience (Required) Previous early childhood education experience (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
