Machine Operator

Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Pay: $19.00–$20.50 per hour
Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Opportunities
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Kimco Staffing is partnering with an established manufacturing company in Huntington Beach, CA to hire experienced Machine Operators .

We have opportunities across multiple shifts for candidates with previous experience operating industrial, production, or manufacturing machinery .

The company will provide training on its specific equipment and processes. Candidates should have prior experience working with machinery in a manufacturing or production environment.

• 1st Shift: $19.00/hour | 6:25 AM–2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: $20.00/hour | 2:25 PM–10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: $20.50/hour | 10:00 PM–6:30 AM

Schedules are generally Monday–Friday. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.

• Operate production and manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Set up, start, monitor, and operate equipment according to work instructions.
• Monitor machines during production and identify operating or quality issues.
• Perform basic equipment checks and report mechanical or safety concerns.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with other production duties as needed.

• Previous experience operating industrial, production, or manufacturing machinery.
• Ability to learn and operate company-specific equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and production requirements.
• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand and work throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work overtime when required based on business needs.
• Ability to complete applicable pre-employment requirements consistent with company policy and applicable law.
