Marketing Manager, Non-Acute

BD seeks a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for its non-acute healthcare portfolio, driving awareness and demand generation across settings like long-term care, skilled nursing, and ambulatory surgery centers. The role requires market expertise, cross-functional leadership, and strategic campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in customer workflows, market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory requirements across non-acute care settings
• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns driving awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth, including account-based marketing initiatives
• Own conference and trade show strategy for priority markets, managing sponsorships, speaking engagements, and measuring event ROI
• Lead development of customer testimonials, case studies, reference programs, and Key Opinion Leader engagement initiatives
• Partner with digital marketing teams on SEO, paid search, social media, content, and email initiatives; support product launches and sales enablement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3+ years B2B marketing experience with demonstrated campaign and growth initiative ownership
• 5+ years healthcare marketing experience preferred
• Proven ability to develop and execute demand generation and pipeline growth programs
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% for conferences, customer visits, and events
