Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health and emotional wellness.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs and goals.

• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and LifeStance policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in regular team meetings and case consultations.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers as necessary to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Manage a caseload efficiently, keeping track of appointments, follow-ups, and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Washington State.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
\n
• Proven experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three to four years of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.

• Demonstrated expertise in working with adult and adolescent populations facing various challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
