Shipside Operations Specialist (Associate or Mid-Level)

Shipside Operations Specialist – Manufacturing Representative Location: Huntsville, AL We’re looking for skilled professionals who are passionate about precision and innovation to help produce Boeing’s Patriot Advanced Capability Seeker team – an integral part of the world’s most advanced air defense system. Position Responsibilities Assists with activities across multiple functions to coordinate resolution of emergent issues in support of specific operations Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria Provides limited feedback on assessment results Supports teammates in implementation of strategies and plans Works under general supervision Basic Qualifications 1+ years experience in a manufacturing or operations environment 1+ years experience collecting and analyzing data and generating metrics reports Experience working with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint Able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation Preferred Qualifications Level 3: 3 or more years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor’s degree or higher Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Experience working with staff at all levels, comfortable with conducting presentations and running meetings Experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the military Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership Experience using Shipside Action Tracker (SAT) An Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance Shift C shift (Friday to Sunday, 6:00 am – 6:30 pm) Work Location This position is expected to be 100% onsite. Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and market conditions. Summary Pay Range for Associate Level (Level 2): $68,850 – $93,150 Summary Pay Range for Mid-Level (Level 3): $81,600 – $110,400 Benefits The Boeing 401(k) plan offers contributions from Boeing, including a dollar‑for‑dollar match up to 10% of eligible pay with immediate 100% vesting. The Student Loan Match allows eligible enrolled U.S. employees to have qualified student loan debt payments counted for determining the company match to employees' 401(k) accounts. Security Clearance This position requires obtaining a U.S. Security Clearance. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance post‑start. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance will be required. Export Control This U.S. person required position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62.
