Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and capacities, ensuring precise intake documentation is completed accurately.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing.

• Design specific psychological interventions aimed at helping clients reach their therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that foster open dialogue and peer support, enhancing the therapeutic experience.

• Provide vocational guidance, experiential activities, and family coaching to extend support systems beyond the individual, ensuring holistic engagement.

Qualifications\n
