Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while still promoting strong team collaboration. Standard work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a structured yet adaptable work environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and mental health services to patients experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health, including emotional, behavioral, and social evaluations to create a tailored care approach.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are culturally competent and responsive to each patient’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, engaging with psychiatrists and primary care physicians to promote a cohesive treatment strategy.

• Continuously monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on observed outcomes and feedback from both patients and healthcare team members.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources that may aid in their recovery journey.

• Ensure adherence to ethical standards of practice, maintaining confidentiality and obtaining informed consent as required.

This role will primarily involve working with diverse populations experiencing various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
