This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring you remain integral to our compassionate care delivery model. Our state-of-the-art Detox Center utilizes the latest technology to facilitate patient care, including electronic health records (EHRs) for efficient management and coordination of patient information.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy for patients experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), primarily through telehealth platforms.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health status—evaluating emotional, behavioral, and social functioning—to inform treatment planning.
\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to design and implement coordinated treatment strategies.
\n
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans based on clinical feedback and patient experiences.
\n
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of each patient, ensuring culturally competent approaches.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to support recovery.
\n
• Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards, including patient confidentiality and informed consent protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with a diverse patient population at our Detox Center, addressing a variety of mental health conditions aggravated by substance use. Our patients often face complex challenges, and your role will be critical in empowering them through therapeutic support and education.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in providing psychotherapy to clients with mental health disorders.

• Strong assessment and clinical skills with a profound understanding of mental health conditions and their treatments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
