Work Environment\n

As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to manage your work environment while still engaging in a supportive team atmosphere. This arrangement allows you to provide essential mental health services from the comfort of your own home while staying connected with colleagues and patients through our secure electronic health records (EHR) system and digital communication tools. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy and mental health services to patients experiencing a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of each patient’s emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement evidence-based, culturally sensitive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
