Sr Engineer - F&E EOS
Amgen Inc
Senior Engineer role overseeing maintenance business processes and CMMS capabilities within Amgen's Facilities & Engineering Operations. The position involves leading global maintenance process strategy, system ownership for asset management programs, and coordinating across engineering and operational functions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance process strategy, operating model, standards, and long-term roadmap aligned with Engineering priorities
- Lead end-to-end design and standardization of maintenance workflows including work requests, scheduling, execution, and continuous improvement feedback
- Own business product prioritization for CMMS platform; define requirements, acceptance criteria, and outcomes with stakeholders
- Partner with platform owners and delivery teams to guide system design, configuration, testing, and controlled deployment
- Define and review global maintenance performance measures and drive continuous improvement based on data and audit observations
Requirements
- Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 2+ years engineering industry experience
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years engineering industry experience OR equivalent
- Experience leading global or multi-site maintenance processes and business transformation
- Proficient knowledge of end-to-end maintenance management and preventive/corrective maintenance
- CMMS platform experience or business process owner role; SAP EAM experience advantageous
- Experience developing process strategies and global product ownership
