Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with departmental standards.

• Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to report on client progress, address concerns, and tackle potential issues collaboratively.

• Provide immediate support and intervention for clients in crisis situations, applying evidence-based techniques to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Regularly evaluate and document client progress towards therapy goals, adjusting treatment plans as needed to facilitate optimal outcomes.

• Engage with family members or the client’s support network in treatment and discharge planning, fostering a holistic approach to care.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
