Work Environment

This full-time position operates on-site at our rehabilitation center, where you will be engaging directly with patients in a friendly and professional setting. Our facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology and a range of therapeutic tools to facilitate effective treatment. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing you a stable work-life balance while making a profound impact on patient health.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient conditions to identify objectives and treatment needs specific to each individual.
• Maintain a patient load of one individual per hour to ensure focused, high-quality care that caters to their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise programs.
• Administer innovative and cost-effective therapies aimed at enhancing range of motion and mobility while minimizing reliance on medications.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, ensuring their active participation in their recovery.
• Document all treatment provided, monitor patient progress, and communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals about their outcomes and next steps.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Insightful Motion Therapy, our primary focus is on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. You will work closely with individuals of varying ages and backgrounds, providing compassionate care that respects their journey and unique circumstances. Your ability to connect with patients and tailor your treatment to their specific situations will be essential to their recovery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida, with a clean professional record free from board or disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and designing custom exercise programs to meet individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software, preferably WebPT, to efficiently track patient progress and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in the application of evidence-based therapeutic techniques that have been shown to significantly improve patient outcomes.
• Experience collaborating within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to deliver cohesive treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
