Position Overview

Strong Human Therapy Solutions is seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated team at our Rehabilitation Center located in Tampa, Florida. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing patients' recovery journeys. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Administering a variety of therapeutic exercises and manual techniques, such as joint mobilization and proprioceptive training, to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall function.

• Educating patients and their families on self-management techniques, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury, empowering them in their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse group of patients recovering from various conditions, including orthopedic surgeries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain syndromes. As part of a holistic rehabilitation approach, you will support individuals of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric, in achieving their physical therapy goals through tailored intervention strategies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Licensed Physical Therapist role will possess:

• An active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to engage effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
