Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their physical conditions and specific symptoms, crafting individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic techniques to identify movement dysfunctions, and develop comprehensive therapeutic strategies to rectify these issues.
• Educate patients on the effective use of various therapeutic exercise techniques, ensuring they understand their role in the recovery process.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions, such as massage or stimulation, to promote healing and enhance patient mobility.
• Guide patients in the proper usage of assistive devices, including wheelchairs and walkers, to facilitate their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, tracking progress against established goals and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide clear advice and resources for in-home exercises to empower patients and their families in managing care between sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve a diverse patient population, spanning children to adults across various diagnoses. You will be responsible for tailoring approaches that suit individual needs, fostering both physical recovery and emotional support for patients and their families. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
