Key Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical outcomes and address unique outlier cases in collaboration with fellow staff therapists, ensuring that each patient receives tailored care.
• Streamline clinical workflows to optimize patient engagement, encompassing referral processing and scheduling to enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement customized therapy plans that prioritize early intervention, offering same-day evaluations to patients upon their entry to the center.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and open communication, creating a professional environment that encourages participation and collaboration among colleagues.
• Partner with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify and execute clinical improvement initiatives that elevate patient care standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through routine engagement and strategic outreach efforts.
• Utilize advanced clinical systems for accurate documentation, appropriate coding, charge capture, and effective follow-up on all patient care orders.
• Ensure compliance with the Florida State Practice Act and relevant regulations, advocating for patient safety and adherence to industry standards.
• Enhance the patient and client experience metrics through dedicated service and continuous improvement practices.
• Adhere to the guidelines established in the Physical Therapy Guidebook to deliver the 'Perfect PT visit' experience consistently.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of our rehabilitation center is to serve individuals of all ages who are navigating recovery from acute injuries, chronic pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, and other movement disorders. Our patient demographic includes athletes, post-operative patients, and adults managing chronic conditions, necessitating a personalized approach to therapy that addresses their unique challenges and recovery goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida, enabling you to provide professional services in compliance with state regulations.
• Strong analytical skills to effectively make decisions, solve problems, and provide high-quality solutions based on patient needs.
• Exceptional customer service abilities, demonstrating tact and professionalism in all interactions with patients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience
