Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, offering considerable flexibility with options for either 4x10 or 5x8 work shifts between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychotherapy and counseling sessions for individuals, groups, couples, and families in various formats, including virtual consultations.

• Interview clients to gather detailed social, personal, environmental, and health information, utilizing this data to assess their needs and formulate effective treatment plans.
\n
• Evaluate and address complex issues within your scope of practice while coordinating and implementing therapeutic programs tailored to meet clients’ emotional and social needs.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive and behavioral therapy, including crisis intervention and continuous referrals to community resources as necessary.
\n
• Establish and nurture a relationship of trust, respect, and acceptance with clients to foster an open therapeutic environment.
\n
• Monitor and document client progress and treatment effectiveness in accordance with established protocols, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.

• Maintain a manageable caseload, adhering to documentation standards while offering high-quality clinical counseling tailored to individual client needs.

• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in social work and mental health care.

The population served includes individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, addiction, and family-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

While a minimum of four years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred, we value diverse backgrounds and encourage candidates with varying levels of experience to apply. Compensation and Benefits\n
