Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Baptist Behavioral Health Center, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting secure and confidential remote therapy sessions with individuals and groups through our dedicated telehealth platform.

• Performing thorough assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, social, and mental health needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Offering immediate intervention and crisis management support to ensure the safety and well-being of clients in distress.

• Guiding clients in accessing vital community resources and social services that enhance their overall well-being and mental health.

• Maintaining precise and confidential electronic records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers, to deliver a coordinated approach to client care.

• Educating clients on effective coping strategies, self-care techniques, and the importance of communication skills to empower their mental health journey.

In this role, you will primarily support a diverse range of clients, including those encountering emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in clinical social work, particularly in teletherapy or remote mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
