Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive psychotherapy services to students facing mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each patient’s mental health status, including emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.

• Develop and implement individualized, culturally competent treatment plans based on best practices and evidence-based methodologies.

• Engage in regular follow-up with patients to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Collaborate closely with school staff, parents, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless support for students.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHRs) to ensure effective management of patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will primarily focus on school-aged children and adolescents within the Lancaster community. The LCSW will play a vital role in addressing various mental health issues that can arise during developmental stages, with an emphasis on preventative care and early intervention strategies. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
