Marketing - CRM Campaign Execution

Candidate within this role must be familiar with Adobe Experience Platform and should have the following experience: a strong hands-on background in CRM campaign execution. The ideal candidate should understand and be able to clearly explain the full campaign lifecycle: receiving the commercial brief, defining the target segmentation, validating audience size, preparing the communication brief, coordinating with design/HTML teams, configuring the campaign in the platform, running testing and QA, deploying the campaign with support from IT when needed, and reporting post-launch KPIs. Strong cross-functional coordination skills are essential. This person will need to partner with commercial teams, communications/agencies, IT, analytics, and regulatory or compliance stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time. In addition to the campaign execution experience, individual must be tech-savvy, curious, motivated, transparent in their communication, and comfortable working and learning independently. Responsibilities Design the digital marketing strategy for campaigns, including target audiences, communication channels, sequence of impacts, and timing. Define campaign logic (what message, when, and to whom) and establish success criteria, KPIs, and expected reporting prior to launch. Translate marketing strategy into functional campaign logic executable in Adobe. Ensure consistency across message, channel, segmentation, and timing throughout the campaign lifecycle. Validate all functional dependencies required for campaign execution, including audiences, rules, triggers, content availability, and tracking. Configure and activate campaigns, audiences, rules, and journeys within Adobe platforms. Own and execute the campaign go-live, ensuring quality, accuracy, and readiness. Ensure alignment and preparedness across all stakeholders involved in the campaign. Monitor campaign performance against defined success criteria, ensuring traceability, control, and quality standards. Analyze results, produce campaign reporting, and derive actionable insights from performance data. Propose and implement continuous optimizations and contribute to the evolution of digital campaign best practices. Perform other duties as assigned or requested by the immediate supervisor. Must-Have Requirements Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, CRM, or marketing automation 5 years of industry experience, at least 3 years of Adobe experience Proven hands-on experience with Adobe platforms, including Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer Must be fluent in at least 2 out of these 3 languages (Spanish, Portuguese, English) Must be creative, proactive and ability to multi-task in fast-paced, dynamic environment Specific hands-on expertise in Adobe Marketo is required Experience working in cross-functional environments involving marketing, technology, analytics, and compliance Experience within regulated industries (financial services preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Northpointe Staffing Professionals
