Account Executive

Position Account Executive – Franklin, NJ (Full‑time, regular). Salary $36,000–$45,000, plus commission. What You'll Do Drive revenue across our Broadcast + Digital Marketing products through client acquisition and retention. Identify new business opportunities via in‑person meetings, cold‑calling, and research. Build and deliver compelling sales presentations that utilize data and storytelling. Create and execute effective marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal partners. Manage day‑to‑day client relationships and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment. What You'll Need Strong self‑motivation and a go‑getter attitude. Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Proactive, goal‑oriented, and comfortable with cold‑calling and lead generation. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a high school diploma (college degree preferred). Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms. Experience in digital/media sales is a plus but not required.
