This full-time contract opportunity runs from July 29, 2026, through May 26, 2027, with 35-40 hours per week supporting diverse learners across various grade levels. Both School Psychologists and School Psychometrists are encouraged to apply.

You’ll play a pivotal part in evaluations, assessments, report writing, IEP meetings, and more. Working collaboratively, you’ll partner with educators, families, and fellow professionals as a valued contributor on the school’s support team. The caseload covers a range of ages and needs, ensuring ongoing engagement and variety in your daily work.

Desired Skills and Background:

• Hold an active School Psychologist license in Alabama
• School-based experience is a plus, but motivated new professionals are welcome
• Skilled at building rapport and communicating effectively with students, parents, and other team members
• Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly within a multidisciplinary environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive student assessments and evaluations
• Prepare clear, concise reports and documentation
• Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to promote student success
• Engage in problem-solving and intervention planning
